چکیده
In this study, we investigated the influence of mixture design on chemical profile Eugenia unifloraleaves, evaluating antioxidant and antimicrobial activities, toxic hemolytic potential, with focus improvement polyphenol’s extraction for incorporation extract in semi-solid forms antifungal action. The analysis was evaluated by UV-Vis HPLC. antimicrobial, antioxidant, activities were monitored. flavonoid content ranged from 2.63-7.98 %w/w tannins 5.42-18.29 %w/w. consisted gallic acid (0.09-1.29%; w/w), ellagic (0.09-0.37%; myricitrin (0.18-1.20%; w/w). most successful solvent system highest level active water: ethanol: propylene glycol. extracts showed fungicidal properties (3.9 μg/mL), high activity (IC50: 9.50 low toxicity. These mixtures can improve vitro bioactivities when compared to pure solvents result demonstrates importance designs as useful tools creating high-quality herbal products elucidate potential E. unifloraglycolic pharmaceutical ingredients topical delivery systems.
